How does your watch consignment program work?

Once we have confirmed your watch is eligible for our consignment program, we provide you with a contract the outlines an agreed price and timeline. Upon sale of the watch we will contact you and funds will be sent to you directly.

If the watch is not sold by the end of the contract, we will either return the watch to you, or buy the watch from you directly at the contracted price, as specified in the contract.

Do you guarantee the authenticity of your products?

Absolutely. We proudly guarantee the authenticity of every watch and jewelry piece we sell. Every piece we offer is thoroughly inspected and verified, so you can shop with complete confidence.

Pricing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank wire/transfer, checks, all major US credit/debits cards, Zelle, and crypto.

Do you offer financing?

In partnership with Wells Fargo’s Jewelry Advantage program we are able to offer interest free financing for up to 12 months, subject to credit approval.

Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

All watch and jewelry purchases are shipped FedEx Overnight. Any accessory items such as watch bands/links etc. are sent via 2-day shipping. All shipped items are fully insured.

How can I track my order?

A tracking tracking number will be provided to you when the item is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

All special order items are final sale. Any items purchased from existing stock have a 14 day return policy, as long as it is unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition it was upon purchase.



Do you offer a warranty with purchase?

If the item is not under a factory warranty, we offer a 1 year warranty on all watches which covers any movement or battery defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss or theft. This warranty is void if the watch has been altered or modified.
